Known as "The Ghost Man" of Galveston, Dash’s fascination with the supernatural began with a profound experience—the sighting of Miss Bettie Brown’s apparition at Ashton Villa. Over 25 years, he built his company Ghost Tours of Galveston into a cornerstone of Galveston's cultural and supernatural heritage.
In 2023, Dash passed the torch to Spooky Gin, ensuring the tradition of offering Galveston's best historical tours and ghost tours would continue with the same passion and authenticity. Dash Beardsley passed away on August 22, 2024, leaving behind a remarkable legacy that continues to inspire and delight. He is deeply missed by his friends, family, and the countless lives he touched through his stories.
