Last weekend (3/13/10) the family went to the 1st annual Texas Ghost Show in Beaumont, Texas. The night before the convention, the VIP ticket holders had the chance to meet and greet the paranormal speakers for the convention. The room was filled with a lot of excitement and energy. Each speaker had a chance to talk about their specialty in the field and everyone there was ready to get the next day started. The following day we arrived at the convention and had an opportunity to talk with each of the guest speakers and listen to they’re on stage presentations. We have to say each speaker was very knowledgeable and the audience was listening with excitement. The highlight of our day was when Dash Beardsley “The Ghostman of Galveston” got on stage and presented his history of Galveston and then rocked the building with his song “Crossing Over”. After we left the convention, Julie and I were so excited that we can’t wait to go back next March. If anyone missed it this year, we really recommend that you put it on your calendar for next year. One final note, all the speakers that stayed in our hotel made themselves available to talk to you anytime you seen them walking around the hotel. On a scale of 1-10, this was a definite 10!

As we were awaiting dinner, Dash became acquainted with Father Andrew Calder and Brian Harnois at the table.
